Make a gift in honor of Amy Freestone and Miles Fiterman
To honor their upcoming marriage, Amy Freestone and Miles Fiterman have asked their wedding guests to make a donation to Washburn Center for Children. Amy is a member of the Washburn Board of Trustees and chairs its Development Committee. Amy and Miles have chosen Washburn because of their commitment to our community and its children and families.
Make a gift in Amy and Miles' honor today.
A nationally recognized center of excellence in children's mental health, Washburn is the place that educators, parents and the community turn to for expertise in child trauma and the treatment of emotional and behavioral issues in children. As the Twin Cities' leader in children's mental health services Washburn helped 2,150 children in 2009 and the need is growing. An estimated 70,000 Minnesota children have severe emotional disturbance that greatly impairs their functioning at home and at school, and only one in five is getting treatment.
