Family Focused Preschool and Infant/Toddler
The Family Focused Program serves families with
children age birth to five in the Minneapolis area who are at risk
for child abuse and/or neglect due to high levels of family stress.
Groups for parents and children, in-home therapeutic services, and
case coordination are provided. All services are based on proven,
effective models and are designed to decrease the potential for
harm to children and to help parents provide a safer, more nurturing
environment for their children. The goal is to reduce risk factors
for child abuse and neglect, while supporting the healthy development
of children. This program is free to families in Hennepin County.
