Outpatient
This program provides counseling and support for
families and their children through assessment, evaluation, and
treatment. Many clients experience behavior, learning, or emotional
problems such as school adjustment problems, depression, difficulty
dealing with loss or changes (divorce, death, blended family, etc.),
abuse, attention problems, parent-child conflicts, and acting-out
behaviors. Services are individualized for each child and their
family so services can focus on respecting differences and building
on individual strengths. Children benefit from having someone who
will listen and offer assistance, while parents learn more effective
ways to manage their child’s difficult behavior.
